Take time out of your day to do something special for yourself. I personally think that I will exhale from a long, mentally strenuous day, and pick out a good book to read. Maybe I'll read and meditate for the rest of the evening. Remember, no matter how busy you are, the most important person that you must take care of is "yourself"!
Relax, unwind, put your feet up, and BREATHE!
